Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zarizly ("Zarizly", "we", "us"), operated by FSA Investments, Inc., collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and software (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: name, business name, email, phone number and login details for users of the Service.
• Business data you add: products, inventory, orders, customers, suppliers, employees and documents you store in the Service.
• Connected accounts: data from services you choose to connect, such as marketplaces, shipping carriers, payroll providers and banks.
• Financial account data via Plaid: if you connect a bank account, we use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to retrieve read-only account and transaction data (such as balances, transactions and account details). By connecting an account you grant Zarizly and Plaid the right to access and transmit this information under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. We never receive or store your bank login credentials.
• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type and activity in the Service, used for security and to improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service, including accounting, bank reconciliation, balances and payment confirmation features.
• To secure accounts, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
• To support you and communicate about the Service.
• To improve the Service. We do not sell personal or financial data, and we do not use bank data for advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and Plaid), under contracts that require them to protect it; when you direct us to (for example, a marketplace you connect); or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, two-step login and activity logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and promptly address any incident.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. When you disconnect a bank account, we revoke access through Plaid. You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@zarizly.com; we respond within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

Your choices and rights

You can update account information in the Service, disconnect connected accounts at any time, and, depending on where you live, request access, correction or deletion of your personal information.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the effective date, and notify account owners of material changes.
